Some projects in the process of execution are mentioned in below:

1) The establishment of Air Compressor Station: included 2 units compressors with the capacity of 23000 Nm3/hr for each of them and Station Nos: 5 & 6 for Abo Niru of Imam Harbor Petrochemical.

2) The establishment of Azotes Compressor Station: with the capacity of 15000 Nm3/hr for Khuzestan Steel Complex.

3) Design, Supplying and Installation of Compressed Air System: ( Stabilizing Air System) for Phase 1 of Masjed Soleyman Water turbine Power Plant for the first time in Iran by Havayar Company.

4) Design, supplying and Commissioning of Compressed Air system:

Exclusively in Iran for Desalting Equipments.
At present, Havayar Company succeed to propound themselves exclusively as one of the biggest and most successful supplier in the filed of desalting equipments in Iran with designing, supplying and commissioning Compressed Air System for Instruments and servicing the equipments of desalting sites in Naft Shahr, Gachsaran 1 , Masjed Soleyman , Tembi unite in Masjed Soleyman and Mansuri field.

5) N2 Plant of Tehran refinery project:

This N2 plant is related to some part of Isomerization Units and Light Naphtha Hydrotreating in Tehran refinery.

The capacity of this Plant is 750 m3/h gaseous Nitrogen and 160 m3/h liquid Nitrogen simultaneously and the most noticeable point was about the maximum requested purity of Nitrogen that is 99.9999 and it made a lot of companies reject from the technical point of view. We are pleased to inform you that Havayar Co. the exclusive agent of Cryotec from Germany in Air separation plants, despite of well known European rival including: Linde, Siad, and Air Liquid.., succeeded to achieve highest technical score as well as winning the bid by offering the best price. Surely presenting packages under license of the most modern standard of the world such as (ASME, API, DIN, IEC…..) makes Havayar to be number one in oil and gas and petrochemical tender.
This project will be launched in less than one year from now, to open another promising perspective in Iran gas and oil industry.

6) General project of Iran Aquaculture (solution for facing with lack of water)

Certainly fish farming hypoxia is the most serious problem of Iran aquaculture in lack of water terms. At the first time in Iran and after setting several scientist seminars, 6 pilot plans have been finalized by cooperation of Havayar and Iran fisheries. And based on this point for the first time in Iran, equipping fish farming with oxygen package has been done.
Surely avoiding from traditional fisheries in Iran and moving to the mechanism production is the only way of prevention disasters and also increasing producing and engineer team of Havayar hope to make a little progress in this field.

7) N2 plant project of Petrochemical Marun:

N2 plant is related to the recovery of Ethan in Marun petro chemistry with the capacity of 411 N m3/h @ 99.9% purity in 8 barg pressures is one of the biggest Plant in the petro chemistry industry. Havayar participated in tender like its other European rivals.
In the first consideration, the technical proposal of most rivals wasn't confirmed because of critical site conditions (such as summer temperature 52-55C and dusty site). Havayar and Oxymat engineer team became successful to finalize this agreement by first technical score in comparison with other fourths main rivals.
This project was defined as EPC and whole section of project such as engineering, design; civil, commissioning and insulation have been done by specialist engineers of Havayar.
Supply of whole package equipment in less than 4 months, insulation and commissioning in less than 1/5 month show capabilities of Havayar engineering team that sent satisfaction letter of Marun petro chemistry prove this fact.

8) CNG Fueling Systems Projects:

• A) Big Size Stations

  In attention to great source of natural gas in Iran and strategic negotiations about providing the fuel for vehicles, CNG industry is one of the important industries in our country. In this point of view, Havayar Industrial Group seriously has been entered to in this field as EPC contractor.
  All engineering activities such as Basic Design and Detail Design related to CNG stations is done by specialized engineering group of Havayar. The equipment is provided from American, European and Asian companies. The dryers and storage modules are designed and made by Havayar. All the process of installation, operation and after sales services are done by experienced and trained Havayar personnel.
  How ever Havayar Industrial Group has been entered in Iran CNG industry later than the other active cooperate companies, but strategic point of view of Havayar Co. major management and the effort of Havayar Industrial Group personnel have been attracted our respected employer trust and satisfaction. The number of our contracts with Iran Gas Khodro Company, HESA Company and NIOPDC Company are above 400 stations.
  Also Havayar Industrial Group has been provided CNG stations equipments for different companies as sub-contractor.
