Employment Process:

Download the CV of applicants: With reference to our required list for employments, Applicants' CV should be sent by fax or email. After that, it will be evaluated. In case, CV is according to our requirements, we will contact them for inviting them to fill out job application in our office. Otherwise information from applicants will be saved in Havayar information bank.

Inviting selected applicants to our office for first stage of employment interview and taking psychology test. In primary stage of employment, human resource dep expert will take the test from applicant, after he/she passed this test, candidate enters the next stage.

Employment committee: This committee will be held by chief manager of related Dep, human resources Dep manager. This stage will be about personal and technical abilities and some related analysis in which, job specification would be described as well.

Joining Havayar industrial group as new staff: After above interview, if the applicant is confirmed by committee, job description would be offered by human resource manager. Therefore new staff can cooperate with company after administrative process.
