TECHNICAL SPESIFICATIONS OF DRYER TOWER

  • Carbon steel made Towers with powder paint, designed based on the latest European standard.
  • Design of each tower's volume is based on optimum air movement through the surface and the minimum pressure drop (Maximum 0.21)
  • Compact package & non influence to avoid desiccant movement & pollution.
  • Compressed air movement through desiccant is from down to up.(Air inlet is in bottom of each column & the outlet is on the top).To keep heavy particles & water drops in the bottom of column & their exit to the outside at regeneration time.

DESICCANT MATERIAL SPESIFICATIONS

The HDT series dryers uses molecular sieve to absorb the humidity.
These materials have maximum quality with below special specifications:

  • They are resistant to high temperature & are not damaged or affected in humid, condition.
  • They are suitable for dew points up to -70' C
  • Its surface resistance is higher than other materials & have minimum surface scrape compared to the other kind of absorbents (This will cause the long life of the dust filter element).
  • Maximum operating time is between 3-5 years if they are correctly used.
