Haftkel Oilfield is one of the most important oil equipment of the south oilfields within the operational area of Masjed Solaiman Oil and Gas Operation Company. The said oilfield was explored in 1927. Haftkel Oilfield is the first oil reservoirs where gas injection has been done. Gas Injection equipment was commissioned in 1976. ​Presently, 850000 m3 of gas is injected to the aid reservoir every day.

Haftkel Oilfield Processing improvement project has been defined for increase of productivity of crude oil production and preventing burning the gas with the said field. After reclamation of the mixture of oil and gases from the well, the said gases are separated from crude oil after going through the processing stages.
During five stages of pressure fortification, it is transferred to Haftkel Injection Manifolds. The said five stages of pressure fortification are made at two parallel rows (2*100%). Each row consists of three electrocompressors (one single-stage screw compressors, two reciprocating compressors each of the said compressors are of two-stage type.

Havayar Industrial Group as the only supplier of gas compressors of this project , has delivered the complete package of this product to the site of project in Fall 2012 after going through the stages of design, construction and successful tests according to API, NACE and ASME standards.
Presently, under the supervision of the experts of Havayar Industrial Group, these compressors have been placed on their foundations and all stages of balancing and grouting of packages have been accomplished. The equipment is ready to undergo the pre-operation stage accordingly. 

Particulars of equipment: 
Four rows of reciprocating gas compressors made in South Korea with an approximate final area of 30000 Nm 3 /hr and output pressure of 100 Bars, according to API and NACE standards with two electromotors of 1.5 megawatts and electromotors of 550 kW plus cool air conditioners related to water and oil system
